Thank you for your letter of 20 July 2006[110]
which was considered by Sub-Committee E at its meeting of 11 October
2006.
In light of the prolonged inactivity on this
matter, we have decided to clear the document from scrutiny at
this time. We would, of course, expect a fresh EM to be submitted
to this House should work on the proposal be revived.
