Supplementary memorandum by the Ministry
of Defence Scrutiny Coordinator
The FCO is the lead Department for the Reform
Treaty issues. I understand that Jim Murphy, FCO Minister of State
provided the Committee with a memorandum on the Reform Treaty
on 17 January. I can confirm that MOD officials were consulted
and input into the FCO memorandum; the MOD will not be providing
separate evidence.
