10   Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Amendments to Schedule 2) Order 2009 Baroness Crawley moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 12 October be approved. The motion was agreed to.

11   Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 130. Amendment 131 was disagreed to (see division list). Amendments were agreed to. The report stage was adjourned.

12   Immigration: detention and deportation A question was asked by Lord Hylton and, after debate, answered by Lord West of Spithead.

The House adjourned. The House resumed.

13   Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 187. Amendments were agreed to. The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 78)
