16   Equality Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with the question that clause 83 be agreed to. Amendments 98 and 100 were agreed to (see division lists 1 and 3). Amendment 99A was disagreed to (see division list 2). An amendment was agreed to. The House resumed.

17   Flood Risk Regulations 2009 Lord Taylor of Holbeach moved to resolve that this House calls on Her Majesty’s Government to revoke the Flood Risk Regulations 2009 laid before the House on 19 November 2009 (SI 2009/3042). After debate, the motion was withdrawn.

The House adjourned. The House resumed.

18   Equality Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 101D. An amendment was considered. The House resumed after amendment 101F.
