Lord Hunt of Kings Heath to move that this House regrets that the Health and Care Professions Council (Registration and Fees) (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules Order of Council 2015 increases mandatory registration renewal fees by 12.5 per cent for 330,000 dedicated health and social work professionals, taking no account of the public-sector pay freeze and pay restraint, and ignoring overwhelming opposition from registrants (SI 2015/1337).

Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013 (Transitional Provisions) Order 2015 Lord Tyler to move that a Humble Address be presented to Her Majesty praying that the Order, laid before the House on 16 July, be annulled (SI 2015/1520).

Asylum Support (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2015 Baroness Hamwee to move that a Humble Address be presented to Her Majesty praying that the Regulations, laid before the House on 16 July, be annulled (SI 2015/1501).

Lord Hunt of Kings Heath to move that this House takes note of the National Health Service Commissioning Board and Clinical Commissioning Groups (Responsibilities and Standing Rules) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2015 and of the simplification of the assessment of the maximum waiting time for NHS treatment for elective patients, in the light of the review by Sir Bruce Keogh, and the risk that the current more complex standards could provide a perverse incentive to commissioning bodies to deal with those recently added to the waiting list before those who have already been waiting for more than 18 weeks (SI 2015/1430).
