2 Migration: Middle East and North Africa A question was asked by Baroness Sheehan and answered by Lord Keen of Elie.
3 Health: alcohol A question was asked by Lord Brooke of Alverthorpe and answered by Lord Prior of Brampton.
4 Voter registration A question was asked by Lord Lexden and answered by Baroness Chisholm of Owlpen.
5 European Union migration: national insurance Lord Ashton of Hyde repeated as a ministerial statement the answer given to an Urgent Question in the House of Commons.
6 BBC Baroness Neville-Rolfe repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.
The House adjourned. The House resumed.
7 Royal Commission The Lords Commissioners being seated, the Lord Privy Seal (Baroness Stowell of Beeston) in the middle with the Lord Speaker (Baroness D’Souza) and Lord Wallace of Tankerness on her right hand and Lord Hope of Craighead and Baroness Smith of Basildon on her left and the Commons being present at the Bar with their Speaker, the Commission for Royal Assent and Prorogation dated this day was read.
