Financial Services Bill

1.There is nothing in this Bill which we would wish to draw to the attention of the House. A Delegated Powers Memorandum1 was provided by HM Treasury. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the department for what, in our view, is an excellent example of a well-researched and well-argued Memorandum.
