4.  Support peace in order to reduce poverty, and respond effectively to conflict and humanitarian crises

6.  Make all bilateral and multilateral aid more effective

Donor harmonisation and better ways of working; evidence based development policy; partner governance and aid management capacity.

Improving the effectiveness of the international system as a whole and of each of the key institutions (UN, IFIs, RDBs, EC)

—  Paris Declaration commitments on ownership, harmonisation; alignment and capacity building are implemented globally.

Efficiency programme, HR issues, corporate structure and planning —  People Management indicators covering implementation of the People Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, staff deployment and engagement.
