After debate, the motion was withdrawn.
12 Crime: re-offending (2½-hour debate) Baroness Linklater of Butterstone moved for papers relating to the challenges that high re-offending rates cause to society and to the effectiveness of alternatives to custody. After debate, the motion was withdrawn.
13 Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Cross-compliance) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 Baroness Byford moved that a Humble Address be presented to Her Majesty praying that the Regulations, laid before the House on 8 December 2006, be annulled (SI 2006/3254). After debate, the motion was withdrawn.
