Prayers were read by the Lord Bishop of Rochester 1 Oath Charles Alan Andrew Earl Cathcart took and subscribed the oath. 2 Barony of Nunburnholme in the Peerage of Great Britain The Petition of Stephen Charles Yanath Wilson claiming to have succeeded to the Barony of Nunburnholme in the Peerage of Great Britain and praying that the Clerk of the Parliaments might be directed to enter the petitioner as the Lord Nunburnholme on his register of hereditary peers maintained under Standing Order 10(5) was presented and was referred to the Lord Chancellor for a report to the House pursuant to Standing Order 11. 3 Barony of Boston in the Peerage of Great Britain The Petition of George William Eustace Boteler Irby claiming to have succeeded to the Barony of Boston in the Peerage of Great Britain and praying that the Clerk of the Parliaments might be directed to enter the petitioner as the Lord Boston on his register of hereditary peers maintained under Standing Order 10(5) was presented and was referred to the Lord Chancellor for a report to the House pursuant to Standing Order 11. The motion was agreed to. 18 Government Spending (Website) Bill [HL] The bill was read a third time. A privilege amendment was agreed to and the bill was passed and sent to the Commons. 19 House of Lords Reform The adjourned debate on the motion of Lord Falconer of Thoroton was resumed. After further debate, the motion was agreed to. 20 Consolidated Fund (Appropriation) Bill A bill to authorise the use of resources for the service of the years ending with 31st March 2006 and 31st March 2007 and to apply certain sums out of the Consolidated Fund to the service of the years ending with 31st March 2006 and 31st March 2007; and to appropriate the supply authorised in this Session of Parliament for the service of the years ending with 31st March 2006 and 31st March 2007, certified by the Speaker as a money bill, was brought from the Commons and read a first time.
