1    Victims of Overseas Terrorism Bill [HL] Lord Brennan moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.

2    Alcohol Labelling Bill [HL] Lord Mitchell moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.

3    Sexual health: contraceptive services A question was asked by Baroness Tonge and, after debate, answered by Baroness Royall of Blaisdon.
