10 Climate Change Bill, Draft A message was brought from the Commons that they have ordered that the Committee appointed by them to join with a Committee of this House on the draft Climate Change Bill (Cm. 7040) do meet the Committee appointed by this House on Wednesday 25 April at 9.00am in the Boothroyd Room in Portcullis House, as this House has proposed, and that they concur with this House in the order set out in the message of this House of 23 April, that notwithstanding the Resolution of the House of 18 April, it be an instruction to the Joint Committee on the draft Climate Change Bill that it should report by 25 July 2007.
11 Serious Crime Bill [HL] The report was received. Amendments 5 and 37 were disagreed to (see division lists 1 and 3). Amendment 21 was agreed to (see division list 2). Amendments were agreed to. The report stage was adjourned.
12 Government of Wales Act 2006 (Consequential Modifications and Transitional Provisions) Order 2007 Lord Evans of Temple Guiting moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 26 March be approved. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
13 Representation of the People (National Assembly for Wales) (Access to Election Documents) Regulations 2007 Baroness Morgan of Drefelin moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 7 March be approved. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
