2 Baronies of Mowbray, Segrave and Stourton in the Peerage of England The Lord Chancellor reported that Edward William Stourton had established his succession to the Baronies of Mowbray, Segrave and Stourton. The Clerk of the Parliaments was accordingly directed to enter Lord Mowbray, Segrave and Stourton on the register of hereditary peers maintained under Standing Order 10(5).
3 Earldom of Shaftesbury in the Peerage of Great Britain The Lord Chancellor reported that Nicholas Edmund Anthony Ashley-Cooper had established his succession to the Earldom of Shaftesbury. The Committee proposed the following reason for the Lords insistence on amendments 2, 3, 5, 6 and 10 and the disagreement with Commons amendment 10A in lieu:

The reason was agreed to. The bill was returned to the Commons with a reason.
12 Housing: Home Information Packs Baroness Andrews repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.
13 Home Information Pack Regulations 2007 Baroness Hanham moved that this House calls on Her Majesty’s Government to revoke the Home Information Pack Regulations 2007 (SI 2007/992) to take account of the Report on the Regulations by the Merits of Statutory Instruments Committee and not to lay further regulations concerning Home Information Packs until after full consideration by the Government and Parliament of the pilot schemes and of the representations of stakeholders and consumers. After debate, the motion was withdrawn.
14 Georgia A question was asked by Baroness Rawlings and, after debate, answered by Baroness Royall of Blaisdon.
