12 Housing: Home Information Packs Baroness Andrews repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.
13 Home Information Pack Regulations 2007 Baroness Hanham moved that this House calls on Her Majestys Government to revoke the Home Information Pack Regulations 2007 (SI 2007/992) to take account of the Report on the Regulations by the Merits of Statutory Instruments Committee and not to lay further regulations concerning Home Information Packs until after full consideration by the Government and Parliament of the pilot schemes and of the representations of stakeholders and consumers. After debate, the motion was withdrawn.
14 Georgia A question was asked by Baroness Rawlings and, after debate, answered by Baroness Royall of Blaisdon.
