3 Alcohol Labelling Bill [HL] Lord Griffiths of Burry Port, on behalf of Lord Mitchell, moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
4 Kidney Transplant Bill [HL] Baroness Finlay of Llandaff moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
