1    Health and Safety (Offences) Bill Lord Grocott moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.

2    Immigration (Discharged Gurkhas) Bill [HL] Lord Lee of Trafford moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.

3    Planning and Energy Bill The bill was considered in Committee. An amendment was agreed to. The House resumed and the bill was reported with an amendment. The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 75)

The House adjourned at 12.25pm until 2.30pm on Monday 7 July.
