8    Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2008 Lord West of Spithead moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 2 July be approved. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

9    Pensions Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 130EW. Amendments were agreed to. Amendment 134 was disagreed to (see division list). The House resumed and the bill was reported with amendments. The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 79)

10    Education and Skills Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 124. Amendments were agreed to. The House resumed after clause 56 was agreed to.
