10Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2008 Lord Bach moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 4 June be approved. Then Lord Craig of Radley moved, as an amendment to the original motion, to leave out from that to the end and insert this House declines to approve the draft Order laid before the House on 4 June because it abolishes the Pensions Appeal Tribunal in England and Wales. After debate, the amendment was withdrawn and the original motion was agreed to.
