8020. MR SCOTT: Thank you, my Lord.
8021. CHAIRMAN: Now, there is nothing
else today scheduled, I think, Mr Mould?
8022. MR MOULD: No, my Lord. I believe
the other Petitioners that were scheduled, my Lord, we have been
able to reach agreement with, at least to the extent they no longer
wish to appear before your lordships.
8023. CHAIRMAN: The other matter that
is sitting in front of me now relates to the railway clauses and
the Office of the Railway Regulator, and I have got a copy of
what Mr Elvin said at the beginning of these proceedings—it
was Mr Elvin then, it may be Mr Taylor today, but we have a copy
of it—and it seems to me that, despite various hold-ups,
we might as well plan to go ahead with the railway interests when
we come back from the recess.
8024. MR MOULD: Very well.
8025. CHAIRMAN: If you and the Petitioners
know now everybody is much more likely to be ready than if we
sprung it upon you later.
8026. MR MOULD: That most certainly is
true. Thank you.
8027. CHAIRMAN: So I think that is what
we will do and that takes us, therefore, to 2.30 pm on Monday
21 April. In the meantime I trust you all have a wonderful chance
to relax.
8028. MR MOULD: And we echo and repeat
that happy thought to your Lordships.
8029. CHAIRMAN: Very well. I adjourn
