10 Community Drivers Hours and Recording Equipment Regulations 2007 Lord Bassam of Brighton moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 14 May be approved. Then Lord Bradshaw moved, as an amendment to the original motion, to leave out all the words after that and insert this House, having regard to the cost implications for rural bus services and the social exclusion that will result and the lack of response of Her Majestys Government to the facts put forward at consultation, declines to approve the Draft Community Drivers Hours and Recording Equipment Regulations 2007. After debate, the amendment was disagreed to (see division list 4) and the original motion was agreed to.
11 Greater London Authority Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 22. Amendments were agreed to. The report stage was adjourned after amendment 49.
