1    Torture (Damages) Bill [HL] Lord Archer of Sandwell moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.

2    Sunday Trading (Horticulture) Bill [HL] The Earl of Courtown moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.

The House adjourned at 12.49pm until 2.30pm on Monday 19 May.
