Special Educational Needs (Information) Bill

15.  This private member's bill brought from the Commons has Government support. The bill contains only one delegated power: clause 2(3) enables the Secretary of State to appoint by order a day for the coming into force of clause 1. As is usual, the order is to be made by statutory instrument and is not subject to a parliamentary procedure.
